What I’ve learned through coaching with people as well as years of personal experiences is this: there are 7 common obstacles that can hinder you from achieving the life you desire. Those obstacles are: limiting beliefs, exhaustion, confusion, time, distractions, complications, and conflicts.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is about the intentional strategies to overcome the obstacle of LIMITING BELIEFS. Limiting beliefs are thoughts that you believe to be the truth, but are not true. Limiting beliefs create negative emotions and can have a negative impact. In this workshop, you will learn practices to overcome your negative feelings and achieve positive results.
